I contacted her right after Thanksgiving in 2025 and I was worried she would be booked but she worked with me to fit me in her schedule. She informed me when she noticed he wasn't regularly using his litter box. She has a team but likes to keep one person on a pet at a time and so she informed me when her schedule needed adjusting. She's so easy to work with and trustworthy. My orange isn't friendly but he warmed up to her in just a few days which is so unusual for him! I can't say enough good things about Shari and the service she provides. Her prices are very reasonable so I had her come over twice a day. If you are nervous about finding someone I 100 percent recommend her. She was a recommendation to me and I will be using her going forward! It's such a relief finding someone you can trust.
